This move is expected to benefit thousands of residents in Pune, including those living in Kharadi and other areas near IT parks like EON IT Park and Cerebrum IT Park.
The resolution is part of the Congress’s efforts to provide relief to homeowners in the city, especially those living in smaller homes.
According to reports, the exemption would apply to homes with a carpet area of less than 500 square feet.
